Zendesk Showcase

Zendesk is a key integration partner of Aircall, so sponsoring their tradeshows are a no-brainer. Given it’s a smaller show with turnkey booths, I knew I had to do something creative to help us stand out. Thus, the “Food for thought” concept was born.

Our content team had conducted research among customer service professionals, so the theme incorporated facts from the research printed on snacks as giveaways. We also sponsored a donut wall that prominently showcased a fact.

We utilized this concept in several cities and saw great results, generating close to $10k in pipeline per event.

Fun fact: those are mini cupboard organizers holding up the popcorn below the turnkey booth.
