What do you get when you mix Burgers, Beer, and B2B Sales professionals? A ton of fun, learning, networking, and an amazing event series!
The concept for this roadshow came about from the need to address Aircall’s sales use case, build brand awareness, and create pipeline opportunities. The roadshow was slated to take place in Austin, San Francisco, and New York and feature around 15 panelists from companies like Patient Pop, Salesloft, and more.
The series attracted almost 1,000 registrants! I also locked in a co-sponsor, Zendesk Sales, who covered ~60% of the costs. The first event in Austin had around 50 attendees and post-event surveys indicated high satisfaction, with over 90% of responses rating the event 4/5 or higher. Lastly, we capitalized on the event by visiting key customer accounts to prevent churn and encourage renewals. It was truly a multi-faceted approach with promising long-term results.
I was responsible for conceptualization of the event, marketing, logistics, coordinating with sales and customer support, and securing + supporting the sponsor. You can check out the video recap and photos from of the Austin event below! Unfortunately, the New York and San Francisco events were cancelled due to COVID, but I was able to convert them to a successful virtual event series called “State of Sales.”
